Preparation:

  1. Mesh&Squeegee: 120(48T) Mesh number; 65-75 degree Squeegee.
  2. : Pigments added ratio:For white and fluorescent color 20%,other color 10%
  3. Catalyst mixing ratio:2% slow dry XG-866B-1 and fast dry XG-866B-2 ,hand printing to use fast dry catalyst and ,machine printing to use slow dry catalyst or slow dry catalyst and fast dry catalyst to mix together for using.
  4. Thinner XG-128A adding ratio:0-20%
  5. Heating Temp and time: Flash cure temp:100℃- 120℃ for 6-10 seconds, Drying temp:120℃for about 2 -3 minutes.

Silicone ink printing tips:

HD silicone XG-866AH for under coating for two times :

HD silicone       XG-866AH    60G

Fast dry catalyst   XG-866B-2   1.2G 2%

Silicone thinner   XG-128AH    6G 10%

Cure by the temp of 120℃ 6-10 seconds.

2. Anti-migration silicone printing for 2 times :

Anti-migration silicone         XG-866F      60G

Anti-migration silicone agent   XG-866FB-1   1.2 G 2%

Fast dry catalyst                XG-866B-2    1.2 G 2%

Thinner XG-128AH thinner is not necessary

Cure by the emp of 120℃ 6-10 seconds. Can not heat to be totally dry, or will easily lead to being delamination.

3. Color effect silicone printing for 3-4 times :

HD silicone            XG-866AH   60G

White color pigment   XG-102    12G

For white and fluorescent color 20%, other colors 10%

Fast dry catalyst      XG-866B-2    1.2G  2%

Silicone thinner      XG-128AH     6G  10%

Cure by the temp of 120℃ 6-10 seconds.

4. Matte silicone ink for top coating for 1-2 times:

Matte silicone        XG-866M     60G

 Fast dry catalyst     XG-866B-2   1.2G 2%

Silicone thinner       XG-128AH   6G 10%

Cure by the temp of 120℃ 6-10 seconds.

After printing finish, heat by 120℃ for about 2 -3 minutes.
