How to make Multi-color 3D transfer silicone label stickers?

1^st  : Dispensing Multi-color molding silicone

A) Color effect molding silicone ink mixing :

Moulding silicone   XG-360W   60G

Silicone catalyst   XG-360WB    6G 10%   

Silicone pigments             1.8-3G 3-5%

Silicone thinner    XG-128AH-1  30G  50%

B) Vacuum mixing color molding silicone ink

C) Dispensing Multi-color molding silicone

D) Curing by 150-220 degree for 1.5-3 minutes in oven,have to do the test about temp and heat time,can not heat too much to get ink 100% dry,or will have color layers peel off problem.

E) Cooling

2^nd : Filling moulding silicone as bottom part

A) Color effect molding silicone ink mixing :

Moulding silicone  XG-360W   60G

Silicone catalyst  XG-360WB   6G    10%

Silicone pigments          1.8-3G  3-5%

Silicone thinner  XG-128AH-1  6G    10%

B) Filling color molding silicone

C) Get the hot melt film on the silicone ink filled layer

3^rd :  Machine heat press including vacuum , venting and curing together ,this should get special machine with Vacuum funtion together.

Cure temp : Upper & Bottom  temp 130-140 degree for 1-3 minutes ( this time including vacuum ,venting and heating together )

Heat press for about 1 minutes including vacuum and curing.

4^th .Shift the stickers on the position paper

5^th . Heat press the stickers on heat press machine by 160-170 degree for 15-30 seconds.
