Silicone ink PET films:
Matte film Mesh number： 120-200 (48-80T) , Mesh(screen film )thickness 0.1-0.2MM,it isdepends on printing Artworks.
Squeegee：65-80 degree .
Printing tips:
1.Transfer silicone color layer printing for 4-8 +layers
Transfer HD silicone XG-20ＡＨ 100G
Pigments Red XG-302 10G 10%
Silicone catalyst XG-TMB-1 10G 10%
Silicone thinner XG-128AH 10-20G 10-20% Flash by 80 to100 degree
2.Transfer crossing linker 2 layers
Silicone crossing linker XG-360Z-3X 50G
Crossing linker agent XG-866B-2+ 3-4G 6-8% Flash 100-120 degree
3.Hot melt glue XG-360R-2 or XG-360R-3 print for 6-8 layers
To mix 5-10% cyclohexanone to liquid the glue,if glue to be thick and choke the mesh screen. If print glue first need to print 2 times glue more than print silicone ink first. Flash by room temp or by 80-100 degree.
4.After finish to bake in the oven by 100 degree for 30 minutes .
5.Heat press the sticker on the heat transfer press machine by the temp of 160-170
degree for 12-18 seconds under pressure of 4KG.
