Transfer sticker printing process:
Two types :
one is glossy coating film which will be glossy after heating press on fabric another one is matte finish effect after heating press on fabric
Mesh number :for color layer mesh 180-250(60T-100T), for HD clear layer & mid layer mesh 120-150(48T-60T) .Mesh(screen film ) thick screen ,it is depends on printing Artworks.
Squeegee:65-80 degree .
Printing tips:
1.Silicone ink color layer printing for 3-4 layers
Silicone ink XG-866A-2Y 100G
Pigments or special powders 10-20G (10-20% white&fluorescent 15-20% other colors 10%)
Catalyst XG-866B-2 2-4G 2-4%
Thinner XG-128AH 10-20G 10-20% Flash by 100 to120 degree.
2.Silicone ink clear layer printing 2 -10 layers or more if need more high density then print more times clear
Silicone ink XG-866A-2Y 100G
Catalyst XG-866B-2 2-4G 2-4%
Thinner XG-128AH 10-20G 10-20% Flash by 100 to120 degree.
3.Mid layer printing wet on wet 2 layers
A:Transparent silicone & catalyst and adhesion agent & harder as mid layer
printing:
1). Silicone ink XG-866A-2Y 100G. Catalyst XG-866B-2 1- 2G 1- 2%
2).Bonding agent A XG-180A 50G. Bonding agent B XG-180B 5G 10%
Mixing together for printing :Bonding agent AB according to silicone is 50%. Bonding agent B is harder can get silicone ink dry, so if need longer printing time then get silicone catalyst mixing ratio 1% or no need silicone catalyst.
B:Crossing linker & catalyst as mid layer printing
Crossing linker XG-360z-3X 100G. Catalyst XG-866B-2 5G 5%
Printing wet on wet for 2 times,keep 100% wet can not heat:
4.Spill hot melt powder on wet silicone and adhesion agent layer immediately.
5.After finish, to put into the oven to bake by 130-150 degree for about 2-3 minutes,if bake higher temp then less time,once hot melt powder 100% melt then it is ok.
6.Press the stick on the heat transfer press machine by the temp of 160-170 degreefor 10-18 seconds with pressure of 4KG.
TIPS:Kindly doing test before the bulk goods printing every time.
