Preparation:
- Mesh&Squeegee: 120(48T) Mesh number ;65-75 degree Squeegee.
- : Pigments added ratio:For white and fluorescent color 20%,other color 10%
- Catalyst mixing ratio:2%
- Thinner XG-128A adding ratio:0-20%
6.Heating Temp and time: Flash cure temp :100℃- 120℃ for 6-10 seconds ,after printing crossing linker XG- 360Z-3X have to to bake 10-20 minutes ,due to Tatami fabric can not stand high temp ,better to us low temp of 60℃-70℃ .
Printing tips:
1 Printing ink for under printing for 2 layers
Printing ink SND-110A 50G
Ink fixer SND-110B 5G 10%
Cure by temp of 60 degree to make sure ink 100% dry .
2 Crossing linker for mid layer print two layers:
Silicone crossing linker XG-360Z-3X 50G
Silicone catalyst XG-866B-2 2.5G 5%
Heat by temp of 100℃ 10-20 seconds to make sure ink 100% dry .
3 HD silicone for high density printing 3-6 layers or more layers :
HD silicone XG-866AH 60G
Fast dry catalyst XG-866B-2 1.8G 2% If machine printing to use slow dry catalyst.
Silicone thinner XG-128AH 6-12 G 10-20%
Cure by temp of 110℃ 6-10 seconds.
4 Color effect silicone printing for 3-4 times :
HD silicone XG-866AH 60G
Black color pigment XG-601 6G For white and fluorescent color 20%,other color 10%
Fast dry catalyst XG-866B-2 1.8G 2% If machine printing to use slow dry catalyst.
Silicone thinner XG-128AH 6-12 G 10-20%
Flash by temp of 110℃ 6-10 seconds.
5 Glossy silicone ink or matte silicone ink for top coating if needed.
A, Glossy top coating for 1-2 times:
Glossy silicone ink XG-399-3 50G
Fast dry catalyst XG-866B-2 1G 2%
Flash by temp of 100-110℃ 10-25 seconds
B, Matte top coating for 1 layer
Matte silicone XG-866M 50G
Fast dry catalyst XG-866B-2 1G 2% If machine printing to use slow dry catalyst.
Silicone thinner XG-128AH 0-6 G 0-10%
If need smooth and soft matte effect then better to print glossy silicone ink to mix with black silicone pigment for one layer or wet on wet two layers then to print matte silicone ink 1 layer.
Cure by temp of 120℃ 6-10 seconds.
After printing , to bake by 60℃-70℃ for at least10- 20 minutes.
