G-15T+ &catalyst XG-15B
Preparation:
- Mesh: 30-60(12T-24T) to make thick screen by emulsion.Can use Hollow aluminum screen.
- Pigments added ratio:4%
- Catalyst mixing ratio:2%
- Thinner XG-128AH adding ratio:0-10% thinner is not necessary
- Heating Temp and time: 150℃ -170℃ for 6-12 seconds , Heating time depends on drying temp.

Printing silicone XG-15T 50G
Catalyst XG-15B+ 1 G (2%)
Pigment XG- 2G (4%)

Print two strokes by one layer .
To print by thick screen and big holes mesh for one layer then finish and heating by 150℃ -170℃ for 6-12 seconds , Heating time depends on drying temp.
