1.Dip hard hand feel silicone Clear layer 1 time
Hard hand feel silicone XG-60S 100G
Hard hand feel silicone catalyst XG-60S-ZB 10G 10% (10G silicone to mix with 1G catalyst)
No need to mix with silicone thinner To dip one time and wait about 40-70 minutes to get ink layer
surface dry by room temp.
If need faster dry then use fast dry catalyst XG-60S-KB,if need slow dry then to use slow dry catalyst
XG-60S-MB
Dry by room temp about 40 minutes.
2.Dipping silicone Color layer 2 times
Dipping silicone XG-20S-1 100G
Silicone color pigment 5G 5% (10G silicone to mix with 0.5G color pigment)
Silicone fast dry catalyst XG-KB-1 10G 10% (10G silicone to mix with 1G catalyst)
Silicone thinner XG-128AH 120-150G 120-150% (10G silicone to mix with 12-15G silicone thinner)
To dip 2 times color dipping silicone ,Dry by room temp about 30 minutes,If need faster dry then use
fast dry catalyst XG-KB-1,if need slow dry then to use slow dry catalyst XG-MB-1. After first dipping dry
to cut ,then to dip the second time color dipping.For the second time color dipping need shack and
remove the excess dipping ink.
3.Dipping soft smooth matte silicone for top coating dipping
Soft smooth matte silicone to dip one time
Soft smooth matte XG-866M-6 100G
Silicone fast dry catalyst XG-866B-2 5G 4-5% (10G silicone to mix with 0.4-0.5G catalyst)
Silicone thinner XG-128AH 150G-200G 150-200% (10G silicone to mix with 15-20G silicone thinner)
If need fast dry to mix with 1% more catalyst.
After finished to wait for at least 1-2 days to make sure silicone ink 100% dry
