Preparation

1.Mesh&Squeegee: 120(48T) Mesh number ;65-75 degree Squeegee.

2.Pigments added ratio:For white and fluorescent color 20%,other color 10% 3.Catalyst mixing ratio:10% slow dry XG-MB-1 Mid dry XG-ZB-1

3.Silicone thinner XG-128A adding ratio:0-20%

4..Heating Temp and time: cure temp :60℃~100℃,dry by room temp.

Printing process

1.Crossing linker for under coating printing for 1 time

Crossing linker XG-360Z-3 50G

Crossing linker agent XG-360Z-3B 2.5G 5% Heat by 100℃

2.Screen Printing Silicone print 4-8 times :

Screen Printing Silicone XG-20S-2 50G

Silicone slow catalyst XG-MB-1 5G 10%

Silicone thinner XG-128AH 10G 10% Cure by 60℃~100℃

3.Color effect silicone printing for 3-8 times

Screen Printing Silicone XG-20S-2 50G

Silicone pigments XG-302 5G 10%

Silicone slow catalyst XG-MB-1 5G 10%

Silicone thinner XG-128AH 10G 10% Cure by 60℃~100℃

4A.Glossy silicone ink for top coating printing 2 times

Glossy silicone ink XG-399-2 50G

Slow dry catalyst XG-MB-1 5G 10%

Silicone thinner XG-128AH 0-5G 0-10% Glossy top coating for 2 times wet on wet printing,to get silicone bubbles out first ,try to use cold wind to support and it will be better to use low temp by longer heating time to avoid bubbles problem. Cure by 60℃~100℃
