one is glossy coating film which will be glossy after heating press on fabric ,another one is matte finish effect after heating press on fabric. Mesh number:150-200 , Mesh ,it is depends on printing Artworks. Squeegee：65-80 degree .
1.Silicone crossing linker printing for 2 layers

XG-360Z-3X 100G
Silicone pigments 10-20G (10-20% white&fluorescent 15-20% other colors 10%)
Silicone catalyst
XG-866B-2 5G 5%
First layer printing Flash by 100 degree second layer print to keep 100% wet then Spill
hot melt powder immediately.
2.After powdering, to put into the oven to bake by 130-150 degree for about 3-10
minutes,if bake higher temp then less time,once hot melt powder 100% melt then it is ok
3.Press the stick on the heat transfer press machine by the temp of 150-160 degree for 12-20 seconds with pressure of 2-3 KG
TIPS:
Kindly doing test before the bulk goods printing every time.
Silicone neck labels transfer printing with good fastenss and excellent hand feel.
