Preparation
1.Mesh&Squeegee: 120(48T) Mesh number ;65-75 degree Squeegee.
2.Pigments added ratio:For white and fluorescent color 20%,other color 10%
3.Catalyst mixing ratio:2% slow dry XG-866B-1 and fast dry XG-866B-2 can mix together for using.
4.Thinner XG-128AH adding ratio:0-20% (for brush and pulling stone printing need 20-30%thinner)
5.Heating Temp and time: Flash cure temp :100℃- 120℃ for 6-12 seconds ,Drying temp :120℃- 140℃ for about 2 -5 minutes.

1.HD silicone under coating for two times

Fast dry catalyst XG-866B-2 6G 2%
Thinner XG-128AH 30G 10%
Heating temp 120-140degree
2.HD color effect printing for 2 times
HD silicone XG-866AH/866A 300G
Fast dry catalyst XG-866B-2 6G 2%
Color pigment 30G 10-20%(white and fluorescent color 20%)
Thinner XG-128AH 30G 10%
Flash temp 120-140degree
3.Pulling printing
HD silicone XG-866AH/866A 300G
Round silicone XG-866A-2Y 300G
Fast dry catalyst XG-866B-2 12G 2%
Color pigment 60G 10-20%(white&fluorescent color 20%)
Thinner XG-128AH 180G 30%
Heating temp 120-140degree for 2-3 minutesKey point for pulling pirnting
1.Silicone mix with 20-30% thinner
2.The angel between squeegee & table 60-70 degree,if manual printing about 45 degree
3.Keep distance between printing squeegee & screen
4.Less pressure print very soft and slowly
5.Move up screen slowly
