Preparation
1.XG-360W molding silicone ink,10% XG-360WB molding silicone paste catalyst,10%
silicone paste pigment
2.vacuum machine,squeegee,cleaning cloth and molding machine
Process
1.Put silicone ink(360W molding paste with 10% 360WB molding silicone catalyst and 10% pigment)into the mold
2.Vacuumize 30-60 seconds
3.Clean the extra silicone paste with a squeegee and clean the mold surface with a cloth
4.Put it on the molding machine by 18-26 seconds.Please note the upper mold temp is 180℃
