Dipping silicone XG-20S 100G
Fast dry catalyst XG-KB 10G 10%(10G silicone to mix with 1G catalyst)
Thinner XG-128AH 100-120G 100-120%(10G silicone to mix with 10-12G thinner)
To tip one time and wait about 40-70 minutes to get ink layer surface dry by room temp,after ink layer surface dry to heat cut.
2.Tipping silicone Color layer 2-3 times
Tipping silicone XG-20S 100G
Color pigment 2-4G 2-4%(10G silicone to mix with 0.2-0.4G color pigment)
Fast dry catalyst XG-KB 10G 10%(10G silicone to mix with 1G catalyst)
Thinner XG-128AH 100-120G 100-120%(10G silicone to mix with 10-12G thinner)
To dip 2-3 times color dipping silicone,after dipping to wait about 20-30 minutes to get ink layer surface dry by room temp to dipthe other times.
3.Tipping matte or glossy silicone for top coating dipping
Matte silicone XG-136M 100GGlossy siliconee XG-399 for supper glossy
Fast dry catalyst XG-KB 10G 10%(10G silicone to mix with 1G catalyst)Thinner XG-128AH 100-120G 100-120%(10G silicone to mix with 10-12G thinner)
If need supper glossy effect then need dip glossy silicone ,due to glossy silicone is very liquid so 100%is enough no need120%.Like 10G glossy silicone mix with 10G thinner.After finished to wait for at least 1-2 days to get silicone ink 100%dry.
