Preparation:
1.Mesh&Squeegee: 100-120(40-48T) Mesh number; 65-75 degree Squeegee
2.Catalyst mixing ratio: 2%
3.Thinner XG-128A adding ratio:0-20%
4.Heating Temp and time: Flash cure temp: 100℃– 120℃ for 6-10 seconds
5.Drying temp: 120℃- 130℃ for about 2 -3 minutes
Printing process:
1.Round Silicone for under printing for 2 times
Round silicone XG-866A-2Y 50G
Fast dry catalyst XG-866B-2 1G 2%
Silicone thinner XG-128AH 10G 10%
2.Cure by temp of 120℃ 6-10 seconds
If fabric with hairy or want to get a more smooth effect kindly assist by heat press machine or iron after first time printing. After
printing keep wet to heat press by temp 150-170 degrees for 10-20 seconds.
3.Conductive silicone printing for 3 times
Conductive silicone XG-866D 50G
Fast dry catalyst XG-866B-2 1G 2%
Silicone thinner XG-128AH 5G 10%
Cure by temp of 120℃ 6-10 seconds.
After printing finish, to heat by 120℃- 140℃ for about 2 -5 minutes
