XG Silicone transfer stikers making by mould press

1.Put silicone to the mould

Moulding silicone XG-360W 60G

Silicone catalyst XG-360WB 6G 10%

Pigments 1-4%

2.Put the hot melt paper on the silicone paste filling mould

3.Upter temp 80-90 degree

Bottom temp 130-140 degree

Get rid of the waste when hot

After cooling then to stick out of the logos from the mould

Shift the transfer logos to the postion paper

4.Press by temp of 170 degree for 15-30 seconds
